Aluminum shall be extruded alloy 6063-T5, with anodized (Silver, Champagne or Black) or powder coat (Warm White semi-gloss) finish. • 72" tracks are to be pre-drilled with first hole 4" from edge and remaining holes spaced 8" O.C. • Wall track rated strength is to be a minimum of 300 lbs. (ceiling track rated strength is to be 150 lbs.) per track length (non-structural fastening). • Track sections will include full complement of track color-matched screws and anchors for gypsum, plaster, cement, brick and ceramic surfaces. • Stainless steel cable rated strength is to be a minimum of 45 lbs. per cable. Specify length, model and count. • Aluminum rod rated strength is to be a minimum of 70 lbs. per rod (stainless steel rod rated strength: 110 lbs.). Specify length, finish, model and count. • Select hooks and fittings from AS Hanging Systems at occupancy/ completion. Specify model and count.
